OUTREACH

Our church's outreach teams use the resources that you provide to help meet the needs of the community. By meeting their physical needs we are afforded the opportunity to help with spiritual needs as well. Nearly every outreach opportunity is sustained by volunteer hours and generous financial support.

Every Wednesday evening from 4 - 5:30 pm in our south parking lot we serve anyone in need of food. Boxes that are built are packed with non perishable items as well as refrigerated/frozen items. Each box is built to accommodate the size of the household. 
Opportunities to serve would include helping with food pickups throughout the week and/or volunteering Wednesday evening’s distributing food and praying with people.

We aim to connect in community and what better way than providing a dinner table with warm food, friendship, laughter and stories about Christ to encourage the hearts of our local neighbors. Everyone and anyone is welcome.

We have partnered with “Communities in Schools” and developed an opportunity to mentor kids in local area schools. Time commitment is 30 minutes once a week during the school year. Background check is required.

Throughout the year we have many outreach events which include, Operation Christmas Child, Thanksgiving boxes for local families, providing school supplies for local elementary schools, participating in Serve Day and many more. These events require many hands and creative ideas.
